i rather them continue the story from him choosing the dark side and becoming starkiller. then rewrite episode 4 through 6. maybe have princess lela become a jedi or make her and hank solo child become the chosen one to take down the emperal, starkiller, and luke [who becomes evil]

so am I the only one excited that they are putting a rancor king in this as well as duel lightsabers? personally im glad they are doing a second one cause next to Darth nihilus starkiller was my fav character

well mace had palpatine until anakin showed up so unless he forseen anakin saving his ass it could have been all over then but he did have seers and clones that he would posses so to speak if he died …still think mace beat him outright though

I played the demo of this constantly.

I was always debating whether to purchase the game or not, sometimes it was fun, sometimes it was dull.
I’ve bought a ton of games that looked good, but turned out to fail *imo*:

You’re right on the fact that Mace did win Palpatine on a lightsaber duel. But it is also true that thanks to Palpatines Foresight it can be speculated that he lost on purpose after sensing Anakins presence and wanted to portray the Jedi evil (he had been brain washing and affecting his judgement since Anakin was a little boy) so that Anakin would turn his back on the Jedi.
but you’re right on the fact that official record shows that Mace is one of the few who beat him on LS duel

I’m just wondering how they are going to let the force be unleashed in the game since if he uses dual lightsabers and you can probably asume that he uses Jar’Kai tehcnique and that doesnt support so much Force powers since he doesnt have a free hand. So its interesting to see how they’ve made it on this game.
Maybe you can switch on having either one lightsaber or twosabers at the use. Or maybe he ca still use force without having to have a free hand..

@Vemutin Good point, dual sabers would be a problem for using force abilities. They may transition between using one saber which would be Force heavy then dual sabers which is combat heavy. Doesnt sound to bad, either way i know this game is gonna rock tits!!

that way it gives you more choices in your gameplay. Maybe they’ve go crazy enough and make it so that while using dual sabers you can “boost” the attacks with force abilites like in TFU you could attack lighting effect via Force lighting or force push.
i was thinking exactly something like that
The options are unlimited if you ask me
but i seriously hope that Sam Witwer reprises his role as Galen. eventhough in the demo you can see significant changes in the character..
