Then again he/she should have copyrighted it. So if I DID ‘steal’ it, I’m free to go. Fact: I got this from funnyjunk.com not from some lame-ass youtube user. Oh and the sketch is originally from Eddie Izzard…who hasn’t copyrighted it either.

When they create a text, an author’s copyright is inherently implied and codified by law. You don’t need to claim copyright to own copyright in something. You are treading on thin ice my friend. I suggest you remove this vid or risk being banned.
